Mental Health Capacity Building
Supporting our youth begins when we come together to strengthen mental health, share knowledge, and build a supportive community around our young people. Led by the LCSD and LPSD Mental Health Capacity Building programs, this event focuses on understanding adolescent brain development, building resiliency, fostering confidence in teens, and supporting the mental wellness of caregivers. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies that help create strong, connected, and mentally healthy environments for youth at home, at school, and in the community.
This event is offered at no cost to participants. Attendees will enjoy a complimentary lunch generously donated by Spiro’s, with Beba’s Coffee House available over the lunch hour. There will also be exciting prize draws, including gift cards and self-care items donated by Three Trees and Beauty & Bloom.
Registration closes January 16, 2026. We invite you to join us for a meaningful day of learning, connection, and shared commitment to youth mental health.
