Prince Albert Catholic School Division is proud to celebrate outstanding graduation results for the 2025-2026 school year. This year, 224 students graduated, continuing an outstanding record of achievement where results outperform provincial averages.

The 2025-2026 Ministry of Education Graduation Report shows that Prince Albert Catholic Schools met or exceeded provincial graduation rates in all six reported categories. Overall, 82% of students graduated within three years, compared with 81% provincially, while 90% graduated within five years, exceeding the provincial rate of 86%. Among non-First Nations, Métis and Inuit students, 95% graduated within three years, compared with 90% provincially, and an exceptional 98% graduated within five years, compared with 90% provincially. Results for First Nations, Métis and Inuit students were also particularly impressive, with 63% graduating within three years, compared with 51% provincially, and 80% graduating within five years, significantly exceeding the provincial rate of 65%.

Even more significant is the long-term story behind these results. Over the past 12 years, Prince Albert Catholic School Division has consistently demonstrated strong graduation results compared with provincial performance while continuing to improve graduation rates over time. This sustained progress reflects the perseverance of our students and the extraordinary dedication of the staff, families, School Community Councils, and community partners who support students throughout their educational journeys.

Prince Albert Catholic Schools continues to provide a faith-based and diverse pathways that enable students to discover their strengths and work toward successful graduation. Students have opportunities to pursue academics, sciences, arts, athletics, practical and applied arts, trades and skills programming, creating opportunities for students with a wide range of interests, strengths, and future goals.

Board Chair Suzanne Stubbs celebrated the achievement, saying, “Our students are involved in the arts, sports, practical and applied arts, trades and skills, sciences and academics. There is a pathway for every student at École St. Mary High School and within our schools. We are extremely proud of our graduates and grateful to the staff and families of Prince Albert Catholic Schools who support them along the way. Congratulations to our students and staff on these outstanding results.”

The Board of Education is immensely proud of the 224 graduates who achieved this important milestone and extends sincere gratitude to the teachers, support staff, administrators, families, School Community Councils, and everyone who contributes to student success. These graduation results represent more than statistics. They represent perseverance, achievement, and the collective commitment of a Catholic school community that believes in the potential of every student.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026. These outstanding results are truly something for the entire Prince Albert Catholic Schools community to celebrate. There are over 3000 students and seven schools in the Prince Albert Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 6.
