Catholic Education Week: Calls to Action – Regina Catholic Schools

May 12, 2026 | Regina Catholic School Division

This week, we celebrate Catholic Education Week. It is a time to give thanks for the gift of Catholic education and reflect on how faith guides our learning, our relationships, and our actions.

This year, we are proud to share a special video created by the Saskatchewan Catholic School Boards Association (SCSBA). The video honours Catholic Education Week and highlights a path forward rooted in respect, understanding, and reconciliation.

In the video, we see how Catholic teachings and Indigenous ways of knowing can come together as we answer the Call to Action. It shows how both traditions call us to care for one another, honour creation, and walk gently with others. It reminds us that reconciliation is not a single act, but an ongoing journey.

As a school community, we are committed to learning, listening, and growing together. We are grateful for the opportunity to walk this path in a good way.

We invite you to watch the video and reflect with us during Catholic Education Week.
